Sod Sale Terms and Conditions
*IMPORTANT* CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED
To proceed with your sod order, you must reply to the confirmation email we send you confirming your order details and acceptance of our terms and conditions. Your order will not be finalized until we receive your confirmation.
By replying “I (your name) accept” to the confirmation email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of sod care, custom cutting, final sale, and the cancellation policy as stated.
*CUSTOM-CUT PRODUCT / FINAL SALE POLICY
All sod is cut to order specifically for you. Once the sod has been harvested, the sale is final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Please ensure that all details of your order are correct prior to the cutoff time listed below.
*CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be called-in by 9:00 AM (local time) on the business day prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup. For Monday deliveries or pickups, changes must be made no later than 9:00 AM Friday. Changes or cancellations made after these cutoff times will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an order because of weather conditions, harvest conditions, delivery scheduling issues, driver or delivery truck issues, or farm harvesting issues.
*PERISHABLE PRODUCT NOTICE
Sod is a perishable product and requires immediate attention upon delivery. It must be installed the same day it arrives. To ensure proper establishment, sod must be kept consistently moist for the first two (2) weeks to allow the roots to integrate with your soil. Once established, we recommend deeper watering at less frequent intervals.
We cannot guarantee an exact match on sod. Even if the same variety has been purchased, differences in growing environments, soil conditions, and care practices may result in variations in color, texture, and overall appearance. These natural differences are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and matching with existing sod.
